Founded in 2009 by Carla Oates, the brand combines gut science and nutrition to deliver holistic solutions for skin health, digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing. Recognized globally, The Beauty Chef has been featured in leading publications such as Vogue, Forbes, and Elle, affirming its reputation as an innovator in beauty and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
- Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Ensure proper campaign structure, accurate targeting, effective budget allocation, and alignment with KPIs.
2. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Conduct market and audience research to define customer personas and map the customer journey.
- Build and execute multi-channel ad strategies, balancing upper-funnel (awareness) with lower-funnel (conversions/remarketing) to maximize impact.
3. Creative Development & A/B Testing
- Collaborate with the Creative team to produce ad copy, visuals, and video content that reflect The Beauty Chef’s brand identity.
- Run continuous A/B tests to optimize creatives, headlines, CTAs, and landing pages, improving CTR and conversion rates.
4. Data Tracking & Analysis
- Implement and manage tracking systems through Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV) and deliver clear, actionable reports (weekly/monthly).
- Provide data-driven recommendations to refine and scale campaigns.
5. Performance Optimization & Budget Management
- Maximize ROAS by optimizing bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives.
- Test emerging ad formats (e.g., Performance Max, Advantage+ campaigns, Dynamic Ads) to drive scalable growth.
6. Trend Monitoring & Innovation
- Stay updated with platform changes, new tools, and policy updates from Google & Meta.
- Suggest innovative approaches to ensure The Beauty Chef stays ahead of digital marketing trends in the luxury fashion space.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google & Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands.
- Demonstrated success in scaling ad budgets from small to large (thousands to tens of thousands USD/month).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong knowledge of multi-channel tracking, attribution models, and retargeting strategies.
- Solid analytical skills with proven ability to optimize towards KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA).
Soft Skills:
- Strategic thinker with a balance of creativity and data-driven decision making.
- Clear communicator with strong reporting and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently in a remote, global team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with luxury cosmetics or retail brands.
- Understanding of global markets (U.S., Europe, Asia).
